WELCOME TO THE HOLLOW

A downtown neighborhood reborn from its transportation and industrial roots, Smoky Hollow is a transformative, multiphase district developed in partnership with Williams Realty + Building Company that has redefined the Northern gateway to downtown Raleigh. Smoky Hollow consists of several projects including two urban, luxury apartment communities—Peace Raleigh Apartments and The Line; Raleigh’s first full-service grocer, Publix; the well-amenitized Class A office building, 421 N. Harrington—and “The Hollow,” a vibrant central plaza. 

Adjacent to Smoky Hollow, the City of Raleigh will construct its newest downtown park. The 14-acre namesake “Smoky Hollow” park will feature walking paths, water features, flexible gathering spaces in open lawns or wooded areas and greenway connections.
