The Devereux Meadows Project is being conducted in multiple phases, beginning with an environmental site analysis and site constraints evaluation. This phase includes conducting soil and water testing to determine what kind of pollutants are on the site and where they are located. The information gathered during this phase will be used to determine preliminary site constraints that can be used to determine what features can and cannot be added in specific locations across the property. The information collected in this phase will also identify what additional testing is necessary in the next phase, ultimately leading to the development of a plan to remove or remediate the pollutants on the site. Future phases will focus on the design of and construction elements on the site.
